Administrator - Portadown

Your new companyThis in a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established successful company in Portadown. This company is a family business successfully trading for over 70 years and have gained an amazing reputation. They are recruiting for an Administrator. This is initially a temporary ongoing position. Hours of work is Monday - Friday 8-5 but could be flexible to accommodate.
Your new roleAs Administrator duties include:

  • Contacting supply chain to source and retrieve quotes
  • Issuing purchase orders as required
  • Dealing with incoming telephone queries and emails
  • Providing general office admin support for the team as necessary
  • Responsibility for complying with Health & Safety procedures
  • Any other duties as reasonably required
