We are delighted to be working with growing and expanding company based in Banbury who are recruiting for an Administration Assistant. This company is recognised as high-ranking in its field and puts people first in everything they do.
As the Administration Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up new clients
- Assisting with the onboarding process
- Supporting with Billing and Invoicing
- Scanning daily post and allocation to files
- Processing Daily Bacs payments
The ideal Administrator Assistant will require previous administration experience coupled with strong organisational skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
