Permanent opportunity - Fashion Supplier - Administrator - North West London - ASAP start - 5 days in office

Exciting opportunity for an individual with a unique interest and taste in fashion with a strong administrative background. This company is a trend-led high street womenswear fashion supplier established in 2005.

Your new role

  • Customer service
  • Processing stock orders using in-house software.
  • Replenishing stock weekly using stock intake Excel sheets
  • Importing weekly sales into the system.
  • Transferring stocks.
  • Making New-in styles live on websites.
  • Processing Returns
  • Other administrative duties to help Head of Retail.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and numerate with excellent IT skills, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Used to working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate, dynamic and enthusiastic
  • Work well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Excel
