Job Description
Administrative Team Assistant Assisting with admin tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing the calendar Facilitating communication with the teams when changes occur Manage any logistics for travel and in-house meeting arrangements Work according to company policies Ensure accurate information during communications Independent assessment of issues and solution orientated Complete tasks in a timely manner Overall, it allows the teams to focus on their core responsibilities. Coordinate with other team assistants and cover each other's holiday and any absences
What you'll need to succeed
• Experience providing administrative support to large teams (20+) and senior stakeholders. • Asset management/Investment Banking proven experience
• Sophisticated PC skills, including Microsoft Office Packages
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A good team player
• Multi-tasking with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and work well under pressure
• Proactive, efficient and solution-oriented mindset
• Experienced working towards deadlines
• Strong attention to detail

The team Assistant role supports large teams with arranging travel, dealing with expenses, meeting arrangements, calendar management and any associated tasks around those duties and ad-hoc requests.
