Administrative Officer, HR Team, Temporary, Full-time

Your new company
Hays are partnering with a public sector organisation to recruit an Administration Officer (HR Branch) on a temporary basis.
Your new role

  • Assist with the preparation, processing, and management of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Draft and format recruitment-related correspondence, including offer letters, rejection letters, and interview invitations
  • Maintain and update databases and records
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous administrative experience
  • A good level of communication skills
  • Experience in the use of MS Office applications to include; Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams

  • What you'll get in return
  • £12.59 per hour
  • Temporary for 3 Months with Possible Extension
  • Full-time Working Pattern
  • South Belfast Location
