About us
- We are a prestigious boutique private clinic based in Harley Street, central London.
- We specialise in child psychiatry for ADHD and Autism and are internationally known as a UK centre of excellence in the private sector.

Role
The tasks to be undertaken, but not limited to, include:
- Prescription post duties - overseeing the prescription delivery and management system
- Filing of electronic documents
- Review, upload and update registration forms
- Minuting meetings
- Ordering and managing office stock items
- Responsible for daily reception lists
- Support the tracking of complaints and their responses
- Manage monthly compliments newsletter
- Support Operational Team members with collation of documents
- Ensuring clinic rooms are prepared before/after clinics
- Support clinicians with administrative functions for report sharing uploading and collation
Ideal Candidate
- We are looking for someone that can join our close-knit, supportive team who is organised, self-motivated, has great attention to detail, promotes excellent customer service skills and understands that the little details are important.
- Private practice or psychiatry-clinic experience is desirable but not essential.
