A rapidly growing accountancy firm based in Canary Wharf is seeking an Administrative & Bids Assistant to support their busy team. Excellent culture with hybrid working!
Your new role

  • Provide administrative support to partners and the wider team
  • Monitor inboxes and respond to any new queries regarding tenders
  • Conducting conflict checks
  • Formatting documentation and submitting
  • Raising invoices
  • Support the wider team in organising and preparing documentation and finalising any correspondence
  • Copy typing
  • Conducting KYC checks

What you'll need to succeed
  • Ability to travel into the office 2-3 days a week
  • Strong advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Previous admin experience within a professional service environment
