Job Description

Our client based in Guildford are seeking an Administration Assistant to join for the next 3-6 months. This role would suit someone with previous office experience!

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently and accurately manage contract-related instructions from clients, ensuring timely completion.Handle administrative duties such as processing documents and updating recordsDeliver professional customer support via phone and emailIdentify and suggest improvements to streamline task processingParticipate in tasks related to compliance, audits, data protection, and quality managementMaintain up-to-date customer and contract information within company IT systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.Proficiency in IT/computer systems.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Keen attention to detail and accuracyExperience in managing and prioritising workload.Professional and confident telephone communication skills
