The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a(n) Activation Marketing, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Product Portfolio and Marketing Strategy: Manage the product portfolio for Pharmacy and Core products, ensuring alignment with business goals through effective product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Market Research and Reporting: Conduct market research to gather insights and competitive intelligence, and prepare detailed reports on market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to guide decision-making.
  • Marketing Plans and Budget Management: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive product awareness and demand, while overseeing the marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Sales Collaboration and Customer Engagement: Collaborate with sales delegates to visit customers, gain insights into their needs, and provide training sessions to educate the sales team on product knowledge and key marketing strategies.
  • Performance Analysis and Campaign Development: Analyze sales data to assess product performance, identify growth opportunities, and lead the development of creative marketing campaigns to enhance product visibility and sales performance

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience with market research, customer insights, and sales analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with sales data to derive actionable insights.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing software/tools.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)

Work location:

  • Hybrid Eligible ( Madrid at least 2 days per week)

Travel: May include up to 25% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: Not required

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
