Your new company
I am working with a excellent company in the educational sector based in Bolton who are committed to providing a high-quality education within a supportive and inclusive environment. They are looking to take on an Accounts Payable Clerk on site, on a temporary full time basis for 6 months!
Your new role
Within your new role you will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager, where you will be processing invoices, checking goods received and performing 3 way matching. You will also be dealing with supplier accounts, reconciling supplier statements, ensuring they are all accurate. Alongside this, you will be answering calls, dealing with queries, managing direct debit and journal entries as well as assist with any other duties the Finance team may as of you.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed within this role, you will have worked in a similar role prior and have AAT level 3/4. You must be a proficient user of Excel and have experience with accounting systems.
