Your new role

Efficiently processing invoices and ensuring accuracy

Handling supplier and internal queries via email and phone.

Assisting with purchase order management and maintenance.

Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.

Conducting month-end nominal account analysis for the finance team.

Overseeing payment runs and ensuring their correctness.

Managing expense reports

What you'll need to succeed

Essential: AP experience or finance knowledge.

Vital: High energy and enthusiasm.

Must-have: Keen attention to detail.

Skills: quick learner, adaptable, versatile in assisting with various functions.

Plus: Strong communication abilities.
