Job Description
Part Time - Acccounts Assistant

Your new role

  • Carrying out Purchase, Sales & General Ledger activities for the company and it's subsidiaries.
  • Registering and coding invoices, sending them for approval (with backup when required).
  • Processing expense claims and petty cash replenishment claims, ensuring all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Managing end-to-end Payroll using Xero.
  • What you'll need to succeed
    • A proven background in all areas of Accounts, Purchase, Sales & General Ledger as well as Payroll
    • AAT or equivalent qualification, or qualified by experience.
