Job Description
A global hospitality group is looking for an Accounts Assistant to come in on a temp to perm assignment

Your new company

This global hospitality company is looking for a dedicated bookkeeper to manage Level 1 support within our finance team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Posting invoices at the project level
  • Raising sales invoices for various projects
  • Administering payment runs
  • Handling administrative tasks within the finance department
  • Implementing process improvements
  • (Preferred) Preparing VAT returns for review

  • What you'll need to succeed

  • Proficiency in Xero and the ability to use technology to streamline processes (e.g., Hubdoc, Dext, AutoEntry)
  • A solid understanding of the importance of Level 1 support in a finance function and the ability to manage it effectively
  • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent service to the finance team and the wider business while managing expectations within the service commitments
