Job Description

Juice is thrilled to partner with a well-established company based in Frome, in search of an Accounts/Office Administrator to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a company that values precision, and teamwork and offers a fast-paced working environment.

Whether you have a couple of years of experience in a finance or administrative role or you're eager to further develop your skills, this role offers the perfect platform to expand your expertise.

YOU WILL BE:

  • Generating and issuing sales invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Uploading and managing stock data through daily exports and imports of CSV files.
  • Managing and processing supplier invoices, verifying details, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Monitoring debtor balances, following up on overdue accounts, and posting incoming payments.
  • Preparing and sending monthly statements to customers.
  • Organizing and maintaining financial documents for easy access and compliance.
  • Assisting with tasks like data entry, updating price lists, and managing documents, while also providing support to customer service during busy periods.

WE'D LOVE TO SEE:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in financial software (like Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle confidential information.
