Accountant - Maternity Contract Industry

Financial Accountant Belfast - Remote Maternity Cover - 12-month contract£45000 per annum
Hays are currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant on behalf of our client, who is a leading supplier in their field, offering remote working conditions and a salary up to £45000 per annum.
Key Areas of Responsibility;

Timely and accurate production of Monthly Management Accounts

Balance Sheet Reconciliations

Monthly Invoicing for group rental companies

Responsible for filing of statutory returns (VAT, Intrastat, EC Sales)

Monthly Invoice Finance Reconciliations

Lead the Quarterly Invoice Finance Audits

Supporting year end accounting processes & audit preparation

Providing ad hoc support to the Group Finance Accountant & FD

Working to tight deadlines and the ability to work on your own initiative, offering flexibility during anticipated busy periods (month end/year end etc.)

Qualifications;

ACA/ACCA qualified

Sage experience
