Location: Bristol - Hybrid Working

The Role:

  • You will be responsible for receiving, recording, and managing information from clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth daily operation of group house accounts.
  • You will also ensure adherence to processes and track SLAs as needed. Coordinate/facilitate all interviews with client contact and/or RBP
  • Liaise with client directly or via RBP and internal recruitment team to facilitate any qualification required/arrange briefing calls and attend briefing calls where required
  • Liaise with internal recruitment teams and third-party suppliers to confirm interviews
  • Always ensure 100% Real Time data available for client and/or RBP throughout recruitment process
  • Record all information on our internal database throughout placement
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders
  • SLA Tracking where applicable

What were looking for:

  • Experience in an administration position.
  • Effective communication and relationship building skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes
  • Experience working collaboratively across multifunctional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT skills to including the use of Outlook, Word and Excel
