Service Desk Team Lead

I'm currently working with a global industry leader who are seeking a Support Team Lead to be in control of the day-to-day operations of a Service Desk team within their organization.

You will play a key role in managing and developing the team at the forefront of a major implementation for the Infrastructure team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and enjoys influencing & coaching teams.

You will:
- Have experience managing and leading service desk teams.
- Understand 2nd service desk principles and can get hands on with supporting tickets.
- Be a strong communicator both internal and externally facing.

Details:
Salary: up to £35,000
3x per week in HQ (Midlands)
