2nd Line Technician - Inside IR35 - Hybrid - £20.59ph

My Client based in Norwich is currently looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join them and become productive for up to 6 months. This is a hybrid role looking at 4 days per week on site in Norwich. You will need to own a car with business insurance to transport equipment between different sites (on occasion).

This role is Inside IR35 paying £20.59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities will Include;
- Ensure a range of Digital Information is processed in accordance with policies and procedures
- Investigate a range of Digital Issues
- May advise users on systems/policy
- May develop or adapt a range of software/web pages/information reports or install/maintain a range of hardware & software, or analyse interpret a range of information/data, or deliver Digital training.
- To resolve 'second level' problems which have been escalated from the Service Desk or Second Line Team Manager, using own judgement to prioritise workload accordingly.

* Provide 2nd line support for IT infrastructure issues, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network problems.
* Implement and manage system upgrades, patches, and configurations.
* Document technical procedures, configurations, and solutions for future reference.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT infrastructure aligns with business goals and objectives.
