Job Description

Support Analyst

We are working with a Kent based company who are looking for someone with a background in IT Support, covering 2 nd line support issues to users across Window based systems, including 365.

The role will be to work as part of a team dealing with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including low level networking issues as well as supporting users.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in IT Support/Helpdesk Role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365 & Azure)
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MS100 are preferred.
  • Experience with VoIP Phone system preferred.
  • Driving License required as visits to other sites will be required.
