2nd Line Service Desk Engineer

2 nd Line Engineer - Milton Keynes - Hybrid - £30,000 to £35,000 per year

FryerMiles are delighted to be working with a leading Technology company to assist with their recruitment of a 2 nd Line Engineer.

The successful candidate will be helping to action the implementation of complex project engineering activities, working with the Head of department. Ensuring project goals and objectives are met.

Specific responsibilities include:

Log and Investigate customer tickets.

Provide Level 2 Server, Network, and Desktop Technical Support.

Resolve complex IT issues.

Manage and work to internal and customer SLA's and escalate any concerns.

Managing client expectations.

Work closely with the customer to maintain and support the infrastructure.

Action Hardware and software installations.

Experience and Qualifications:

Extensive experience as an IT engineer supporting customers.

Familiar with working to SLA's.

Working as part of a wider service delivery team.

MS Windows Server Technologies, Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, Hypervisors and VMWare.
