1st Line Support/Entry Level/Banbury (onsite)

Interesting opportunity has become available for a Junior IT Support Engineer who is looking to either get in to the industry or extend your expertise, whilst working for a brilliant organisation.

You will provide IT support services related to hardware, software and networks, setting up and maintaining computer systems whilst working with an experienced team.

Responsibilities include;

• Manage and resolve tickets through SNOW (Service Now).
• Installs, sets up, maintains and solves problems on computers, Laser and thermal printers, tablets, handheld wireless scanners, photocopiers, Wi-Fi devices, mobiles and fixed phones.
• Installs Windows updates as/when needed

Experience required;

• 1 years' experience in a similar position (Advantage, not essential)
• Technical skills;
• Windows 10/11 pro;
• Office 365;
• Active Directory;
• Nutanix, Hyper-V or Vmware is an asset.
• CCNA and Microsoft certification is an advantage.
