Key Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 support to a non-verbal pupil in Year 2 with ASD.Implement communication strategies to support the pupil's engagement and learning.Collaborate with the SENCO and class teacher to create an inclusive classroom atmosphere.Foster positive relationships with the pupil, parents, and colleagues.
