We are currently supporting a large school to recruit an experienced Year 5 class teacher for a long term job starting mid-January 2025. The role is for the rest of the academic year.
The school are welcoming applications from ECT's and experienced teachers. However, it is essential you have previous in KS2
Your new company
You will be working in an Ofsted "Good" Primary School joining an experienced teaching and support team who work hard to create an environment for pupils to flourish and achieve their goals.
Your new role
As a year 5 teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs and interests of your pupils. You will also work closely with your colleagues and the senior leadership team to ensure high standards of teaching and learning across the school. You will have access to excellent resources and facilities, as well as ongoing professional development and support.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
- Qualified teacher status.
- An in depth knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
- An up-to-date DBS or willingness to get one.
- Satisfactory references
- The ability to provide an inspiring, engaging and safe learning environment.
