• Salary Scale: MPS1 - UPS3 (based on experience, with Early Career Teachers (ECTs) encouraged to apply)

What We're Looking For:
The successful candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE or Bachelor of Education. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrate experience and a strong understanding of teaching Year 4/KS2.
• Possess effective classroom management skills.
• Handle challenging behaviour creatively and constructively.
• Show initiative and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
