They work diligently to foster an environment where children can flourish, offering excellent education across all age groups.Your role as a Level 3 EYFS Teaching AssistantAs the EYFS Teacher Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high quality care, safeguarding and wellbeing of young children whilst ensuring that all policies and procedures are always implemented. You will also ensure all the children's needs are met and have a proactive approach to planning and implementing activities for the children.Some of your other duties will include:

• Planning, preparing, and delivering quality play opportunities within a safe and caring environment.
• Providing refreshments and ensuring that hygiene, health, and safety standards are met.
• Administering first aid when necessary.
• Setting up the play space including moving furniture and play equipment.

What you will need to succeed in this EYFS Teaching Assistant job

• A minimum of Level 3 in Childcare
• Experience of working within EYFS
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures
• Enthusiastic, passionate, and full of ideas to encourage learning and development
• Hold the right to work in the UK
