Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Year 1 Teacher to join our team from January onwards. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to Year 1 students, fostering a love of learning, and supporting each child's academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.

Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with Year 1 students.

Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
