As a Working Student (m/f/d) you are part of the User Research & Experimentation team, which consists of a UX Researcher, Conversion Optimization Managers, and a Customer Experience Manager and ensures that the user experience in the C&A online store and app is continuously developed further. You will work closely with our CX Manager and ensure that Product Managers, Product Designers and stakeholders in eCommerce are provided with valuable user insights to create the best possible user experience.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working closely with our CX Manager and ensuring that the voice of our customers is embedded in our company DNA
- Supporting the monthly monitoring and analysis of qualitative and quantitative customer feedback as well as the maintenance and documentation of various customer experience metrics (Net Promoter Score, CSAT etc.)
