Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Workforce Administration Specialist for Dow in Terneuzen.
As a workforce administration specialist, you will perform the following working activities:
- Consult and support assigned inquiries regarding WFA, typically at the country level
- Handle HR inquiries via phone and digital communication
- Identify and deliver solutions to employees and People leaders
- Ensure high levels of customer service to employees
- Engage in maintaining documentation of operating policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Create and maintain compliance documentation for work processes, guidelines, and procedures
