Summary of the role:

A newly formed function has been created which will be pivotal in shaping the evolution of our organisation. The Enterprise MI, Planning & Insights model will enable the business to utilise the systems and people available to improve and provide consistent stable platforms that benefit our customers, colleagues and clients, old and new.

Due to continued growth and evolution of our BaNCS platform, a Pan Account, Enterprise MI, Planning & Insights function is essential to support the business going forward as it continues to grow.

In this role you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing the BaNCS Migration Support & Workflow Controls function and overseeing end-to-end technical mapping and workflow logic in our operational system and the migration of data from Legacy systems.

What you'll be doing:

  • Identifying potential risks associated with migrations and implement mitigation strategies ensuring business continuity and compliance throughout the process.
  • Acting as a technical bridge between operations and technical/IT teams to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Ensuring a robust change control framework exists with relevant documentation and sign off process.
  • Provide direction/coaching to team members both UK and India based resource to support the efficient running of the team.
  • Working with risk and compliance to ensure migrations and workflows comply with regulations.
  • Supporting the integration of new technologies to enhance efficiency.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skill and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Technical expertise in data migration tools, business processing and workflow management techniques.
  • Experience of working in large financial services organisations or other regulated environments.
  • Proven relevant experience in similar role providing recommendations for business growth and optimisation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience - able to work effectively with key business and client stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications.
