Workday Consultant | Advisory Role | Amsterdam (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced Workday consultant looking to make an impact in an advisory role? This is an opportunity to guide a leading organization in optimizing its Workday setup, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing user adoption.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Evaluating Workday's current configuration and ensuring it aligns with design specifications (no direct configuration required).
• Advising on the setup and optimization of different Workday modules.
• Training and guiding end-users to maximize the system's capabilities.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong Workday consulting experience with a deep understanding of system configuration.
• Expertise in at least two of the following modules: HCM, Recruiting, Compensation.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills to support end-users effectively.

Role Details:

• Location: Hybrid - onsite in Amsterdam 2 days per week.
• Hours: Full-time (32 or 40 hours per week).
• Language: Dutch is not required but helpful.
