To meet Ethereum and crypto growth plans, they have an exciting remote opening for a Blockchain experienced Web3 Backend Engineer.

Web3 Backend Engineer duties:

• Write high-quality, efficient, and well-tested code to support the development of new features and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to understand product requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in the entire product development life cycle, from ideation and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure seamless integration of new features into existing systems, maintaining stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues, providing technical support as needed.
• Contribute to code reviews, ensuring best practices and high coding standards are followed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes.
• Document code, technical processes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Web3 Backend Engineer Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar software engineering role.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, with experience in building and maintaining complex software systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate product requirements into efficient and maintainable code.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Solidity, ABI encoding, and Smart Contract Accounts.
• Deeper understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and the JSON-RPC API.
• Knowledge of blockchain ecosystems, including Solana and Bitcoin.
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-growing technology company, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Poficiency in additional programming languages such as Go or Rust.
