We're looking for an inspiring, emotionally intelligent, and approachable leader to join our team at Sir Herbert Leon Academy as Vice Principal Pastoral.

We are looking for a senior leader who has proven experience of working as part of a Senior Management Team, or as a Middle Leader to provide strategic leadership for all pastoral systems, including overseeing behaviour, attendance and SEND within the school. The Vice Principal Pastoral holds day-to-day responsibility for providing exceptional pastoral care to the children and colleagues in the school. About the school:
Sir Herbert Leon Academy is an 11 - 16 mixed comprehensive in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. The academy offers excellent learning facilities, especially in Sport and the Arts. It features a library, a theatre/cinema, and advanced IT teaching technology. Additionally, the school is equipped with a swimming pool and a fully furnished fitness suite.
