Job Title: UX Writer & Content Designer III
Location: London (Hybrid: 3 days onsite)
Contract: 6 months

We're looking for an experienced UX Writer & Content Designer to craft user-centered content that enhances navigation, onboarding, and overall product experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape cohesive product narratives, establish best practices, and manage projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create intuitive and engaging UI text to enhance user navigation, onboarding, error messages, and other user-facing content.
• Shape product language and content across projects to ensure cohesive product narratives.
• Develop and document content strategies, establishing best practices and guidelines.
• Manage end-to-end projects, from needs assessment to implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, researchers, product managers, legal, marketing, and engineers.
• Advocate for UX writing and content strategy throughout the product development process.
• Educate and guide stakeholders on UX writing and content strategy, ensuring consistency across projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in English, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years in big tech companies UX writing, content design, or related fields, with experience leading content strategy projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX-focused writing.
• Proven ability to collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers.
• Experience in UX research methodologies.
