As the UX Lead, you'll be at the forefront of an exciting journey to internationalise the company's marketplace. From hands-on design to shaping the broader UX strategy, your work will directly influence the platform's global presence. We're looking for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges and enjoys working in a high-energy, forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on design, including wireframing and prototyping
- Shaping the UX strategy for a global audience
- Leading user research to inform design decisions
- Internationalising websites, content, and features
- Localising websites for different regions, ensuring adherence to geographical laws and constraints
What You'll Need:
- Significant experience in UX for E-commerce, retail, B2C, consumer goods or similar.
- Proven track record in UX strategy, user research, and hands-on design
- Experience in localising websites and adapting content for different regions
- A keen understanding of geographical regulations and the ability to tailor the user experience accordingly
This role is fully remote, with the opportunity for occasional collaboration at our offices in London or Dorset - but don't worry, no more than once a month!
