US / International Payroll Manager - Hybrid 2/3days in the office - Full-time and Permanent salary £75k circa

They are looking for an international payroll professional with US payroll experience, to join their team on a permanent basis. Your new role
This role will be responsible for all PAYE end-to-end payroll processing across the US. This candidate will also be the subject-matter expert on all things' payrolls. You will also proactively engage and collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to implement and improve processes.
What you'll need to succeed
Show initiative and take the lead to support the payroll team. Knowledge and experience of processing complex overseas payrolls from start to finish, ideally someone who is tech-savvy and interested in project work. Collaborate closely with the HR business partner teams and the Head of Payroll to enhance performance and ensure seamless operations. CIPP requirement / relevant qualifications or being qualified, previous knowledge of ADP Celergo is desirable but not essential.
