- Strong knowledge of the GCSE and A-Level Chemistry curriculum.
- Confident and supportive when managing behaviour and addressing individual learning needs.
- A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and lesson delivery.
- Excellent communication skills for working with families, school staff, and third parties.
