My client is a regulatory body whose head office is based in Manchester. They uphold excellence and integrity as the leading regulatory authority for healthcare professions, ensuring the highest standard of practice and patient care.Your new role
Office-based administrative support will involve preparing documents from templates and guidance, processing documentation to be shared in advance of the hearing, supporting attendees to hearings by conducting test calls, updating systems and responding to telephone and email queries. What you'll need to succeed
= Excellent written communication
- Setting up and organising meetings
- Previous experience of working in a professional office environment
- Preparing documents
- Strong IT experience including M365, Teams, Outlook etc
- Dealing with external and internal customers

What you'll get in return

- 5 days per week on site, some overtime on a Saturday
