Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Training Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. This role is focused on driving the enrolment of students into our paid training programs.

The ideal candidate will have

Excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a strong ability to build relationships with potential students. You will play a critical role in promoting our training offerings, converting leads into enrolled students, and helping to expand our educational impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Recruitment: Actively reach out to potential students via calls, emails, and social media to inform them about available training programs and encourage enrolment.

Lead Management: Qualify and nurture leads through the entire enrolment process, ensuring prospective students receive timely follow-ups and support.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed enrolment targets and quotas as defined by the company.

Program Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of training offerings, including course content, pricing structures, and available formats to effectively communicate the value to prospective students.

Qualifications:

Any experience in sales, customer service, or student recruitment, preferable, not mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with a diverse range of potential students.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
