This is a *London* based role with an excellent immediate start within a global FMCG brand working on their largest digital and technological transformation program.

Role Overview

The Training Manager will own the Group Reporting training strategy and plan to deliver a business-community focused training curriculum that develops and sustains new capabilities. This will be achieved by working with the Change Management Team (comprising Change Impacts management, Communications & Stakeholder Engagement and Training), third-party service providers, regional and local Change and Deployment teams and/or representatives, the programme leadership team and business stakeholders.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree educated in relevant business or subject.
  • 10+ years experience in leading & executing training on global transformational projects, ideally SAP/IT-enabled.
  • Track record of working with or managing third-party providers to steer, input and collaborate to achieve project goals as one team.
  • Excellent skills in programme training strategy and curriculum design as well as user population identification.
  • Experience in translation and managing learning content localization process.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills and ability to effectively target and tailor the message and medium to various audience groups to achieve intended outcomes.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and ability to meet agreed project milestones.
  • Proficient in using a variety of tools (Microsoft Suite and other specialists such as SAP Enable, Captivate, Camtasia) to develop training template and content.
  • Experience of LMS systems for deployment, management and tracking.

  • Inability to identify and manage the learning needs of impacted business communities.
  • Low resilience and inability to operate successfully in a fast-moving environment.
  • Inability to align effectively with business stakeholders for deploying Voyager training.
  • Inability to establish mutual trust or display cultural sensitivity.
  • Inability to work with third party service providers to lead and collaborate on Learning & Adoption activities.
  • Inability to work as a team, sharing content, aligning inputs and outputs.
  • Inability to meet milestones through insufficient team and risk management.
