The Role:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be trained to become an expert in the renewable energy sector; learning how to match skilled professionals with exciting opportunities in solar, wind, hydroelectric, and other clean energy fields. Your role will be fast - paced and will rely on you to think quickly and act just as fast! Your da ily activities will include being on the phone and talking to people - a lot! You will approach and register candidates in this sector, talent - pooling niche skillsets so they are ready to deploy on green - energ y projects around the world!

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn the full recruitment cycle from job intake to successful placement

• Develop a strong understanding of the renewable energy market and its hiring needs

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates

• Support senior consultants in business development activities

• Contribute to the team's goals and KPIs

What We're Looking For:

• Recent graduates or entry-level professionals (all degree disciplines welcome)

• Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability

• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people over the phone
