We are seeking an experienced Test Manager for a priority hire within the air traffic and critical national infrastructure sector. This role requires strong leadership, strategic oversight, and subject matter expertise in vulnerability management and network testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, define, and oversee the execution of vulnerability management testing in a complex network environment.

• Lead a small team, ensuring efficient delivery of test activities.

• Produce high-quality, coherent test documentation with attention to detail.

• Engage with senior stakeholders, providing clear reporting and communication.

• Ensure compliance with security-cleared environments and industry standards.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Test Manager in a network vulnerability management environment.

• Strong background in Cisco networking within utilities, telecoms, or similar sectors.

• Ability to manage and lead a small test team.

• Excellent documentation skills, with a focus on structured test planning and reporting.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Must hold or be eligible for security clearance.

• Initial commitment of 2-3 days per week, ramping up as needed.
