We are seeking a Test Environment Manager to ensure the seamless coordination, governance, and optimisation of our clients non-production environments. This role is both operational and strategic, demanding a sharp eye for inefficiencies, a proactive approach to issue resolution, and the ability to impose order on complex systems.

You will be expected to assess the current state of their environments, implement immediate improvements, and establish a structured reservation system to eliminate conflicts. From there, you will define governance rules, track key performance metrics, and ensure that their infrastructure remains stable, reliable, and scalable. Your work will be essential in maintaining alignment between development, testing, and business teams, ensuring all stakeholders operate efficiently within a controlled and well-managed ecosystem.

This is not an ordinary role. It requires discretion, strategic foresight, and an ability to work behind the scenes to keep critical processes running smoothly.
