Your new company
You will be working through Hays as a supply chain coordinator for one of our clients in West Hull. This role is initially for 4-6 weeks but could become permanent for the right candidate.
Your new role
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be a key point of contact for their client base, processing orders, updating inventory, notifying on delivery timescales and producing and checking purchase orders and invoices.
You will maintain accurate records of stock levels and coordinate goods incoming to the warehouse.
What you'll need to succeed
Working knowledge of SAP
Ability to raise purchase orders and review invoices
Strong customer service skills - phone and email
Attention to detail and ability to work to SLAs
Adaptable and able to effectively prioritise workload
