Temenos Developer - TDS

Software Developer vacancy requiring profound Temenos knowledge for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Enhancing functionalities in the company's financial instrument data system application using Temenos Data Source and Scripting languages like Python and Bash
• Creating custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements according to business needs
• Implementing data mappings, consolidation rules, and distribution processes for static and price data from various providers
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in the financial instrument data system, providing L3 support during incidents
• Preparing technical documentation, design specifications, and user guides in Confluence

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proficiency in TDS parametrization and SQL statement creation
• Expertise with financial data providers like SIX, Bloomberg, Morningstar, and WMData, along with familiarity with basic financial instruments
• Solid understanding of Linux system management and JBOSS
• In-depth knowledge of Python and Bash Shell Scripting, as well as hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
• University degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Financial industry
• Language skills: English - fluent, German - conversational
