Job Description

Technical Training Administrator

Duration - 6 Months

Location - Warwick / Remote

Summary

My high-profile Utilities client is looking for a Technical Trainer Administrator to join their team Based at their Warwick offices (2 days a week on site) on an initial 6-month contract with chance of extensions.

Role/duties

  • Ensuring competence system updates and associated competence passports for GT are maintained. Support system issue resolution and escalate as required.
  • Provide system support for the maintenance of competency framework updates and associated competence passports.
  • Ensure data quality and security standards are monitored in line with requirements. Identify areas for quality or security improvement.
  • Supporting GT Operations with general queries relating to the competency systems and framework
  • To adhere to GDPR regulations in relation to the management of competence information
  • To support the Competence Officers with the ongoing auditing of the competence system
  • Support the technical training team with administrative support and coverage across the wider team when required.

Candidate requirements

  • Knowledge of the Safety Technical Competency requirements and the training required to maintain / provide a Skilled, Compliant, Safe and Competent Workforce.
  • Good understanding of appropriate legislative requirements, company standards and instructions
  • Demonstrate successful capability in effective communicational and organisational skills
  • Track record of developing working relationships quickly and effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Valid UK Driving licence.
