Job Description
We are looking for a new member to join our clients First Level IT Support Team.
As a Level 1 Technical Support Engineer, you will handle incidents related to specialized banking applications used by various business units. You'll work closely with the wider IT team to resolve issues end-to-end, document solutions, share knowledge with colleagues, and contribute to ongoing development tasks.

Must haves:
At least 3 years' experience working at a financial institution as engineer/technical support in a banking environment.
Experience working with order management systems (esp. FIS Cross-Asset Trading and Risk Platform/FrontArena)
Hands on experience working in an ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) environment/knowledge
Experience working with Oracle Database or Microsoft SQL Server, and writing SQL queries
Experience with ticketing systems (eg, ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
Familiarity with monitoring and diagnostic tools (eg, ELK)
