Technical Services Manager

Job Title: Technical Services / M&E ManagerLocation: Fulham (Riverside Area)Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 / c.£400 per day

Overview:A Technical Services / M&E Manager is required for a large 300-unit residential development near Wandsworth Town Station, with a minimum of 12-18 months left on the project and potential for future long-term work. This site-based role involves managing the full cycle of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, with a focus on commissioning and ensuring quality assurance. The position emphasises mechanical systems, and the candidate will oversee one M&E contractor throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee one M&E contractor, ensuring project interests are safeguarded
• Maintain hands-on involvement on-site with the support of a junior manager
• Manage MEP insulation and ensure quality assurance and commissioning are completed to high standards
• Drive the project from start to finish, focusing on delivery and QA/QC

Requirements:

• Strong experience managing M&E packages on high-spec, RC Frame residential development
• Experience with either a sub-contractor or main contractor/developer
