Technical Project Manager Building Management Systems - 8months + - Remote - Start April

For our international client, we are currently looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager Building Management Systems.
You will be supporting the client in an ongoing project that focuses on the standardization of their Building Management System (BMS).
Project aim is the standardization with Siemens across all sectors, ensuring a cohesive approach to facility management business capabilities, application design, installation and related services within the client's sites.

Tasks:
* Technical Project Management for Building Management Systems (BMS) standardization project
* Consolidation of Applications related to Facility Management for all Sectors in Application Inventory
* Consolidation of Siemens Service Offering, Identify As-Is and To-Be (must have services, nice to have services)
* Support client in delivery of BMS solution
* Coordination with the Vendor Siemens
* Implement already designed target solution across different sites
* Definition with Siemens Program Manager of the project playbook to standardize project management documentation and project deployment approach
* Give status updates, keep an eye on budget, project delivery, escalation management
* Upgrade and include 10 new sites to new template
* Review and discuss MSA and alternative vendor options
* Collaboration with core sites and different IT and business teams

Requirements:
* Strong project experience as technical project manager
* Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS)
* Experience with Siemens BMS System - preferred (alternatively other BMS Systems)
* Experience with projects related to: Access Control, CCTV, Automation, Security etc.
* Strong project experience in working with vendors (preferably Siemens)
* Experience in international projects

Project details:
* Start: April
* Duration: 8 months (+ option to extend)
* Workload: 5 days/week
* Location: Remote (EU based)
* Languages: Fluency in English
