What You'll Do:

• Shape the Future of Internal Tools: Lead the charge in managing and refining our tools delivery backlog. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize innovative solutions that drive internal efficiency and delight our customers.
• Optimize for Excellence: Analyze performance metrics, enhance tool functionality, and ensure every feature meets the highest standards of efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Be the Voice of the Team: Connect with stakeholders to deeply understand their workflows and challenges. Use these insights to design user-centric tools that enhance productivity and streamline processes.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and other stakeholders to define clear requirements. Foster a culture of open communication and idea sharing to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
• Champion Knowledge Sharing: Join a collaborative environment where continuous learning is encouraged. Share your expertise, learn from others, and help build a community of innovation.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Technical Expertise: A strong background in software development with proficiency in object-oriented programming, Kubernetes, AWS, and Kafka (or similar).
• Strategic Mindset: 3-4+ years of Product Owner experience, a proven track record of delivering results, and sharp analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
• Agile Advocate: Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodology, crafting user stories, and prioritizing features to deliver maximum value.
• Problem Solver: You thrive in high-pressure environments, tackle challenges with creativity, and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to your work.
• Collaborative Communicator: Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels across both technical and commercial teams.
• Tool Mastery: Proficient in workflow management tools like Jira, and collaboration platforms such as Confluence and Miro.
• Bonus Points: Knowledge of the iGaming domain and a passion for developing tools that make a difference.
