Job Description
CK QLS are recruiting for a Global Technical Assessment Lead to join a Biopharmaceutical company at their site based in Braine, on a contract basis, 1 to 2 days remote working. Contract running until Dec-24, with extension possibility.

Your main duties as a Global Technical Assessment Lead will include:
  • Providing "hands-on knowledge of equipment and to interact in close collaboration with Users (maintenance team, production team, production compliance & QA) to assess equipment health status and proper management.
  • Accountability and responsibility to collect and analyze all the relevant data within several systems (SAP, BI, Id card) in order to document and feed the asset management process and system.
  • Supporting the Asset Manager to define asset recommendations to maintain it in good condition until its estimated end of life, in relation to identified risks and gaps.


Additional responsibilities will include:
  • Reviewing the process of technical assessment after each step by improving/adapting continuously the way of working.
  • Collecting and sorting the documentation and information necessary to establish the project files: offers, technical specifications, Analysis, technical documentation, HSE documentation, risk analysis, reports, and rationalize the actions plans.
  • Preparing and planing technical assessments with the various stakeholders (technical experts, HSE, area managers, engineering and maintenance, external companies) and assure to cover all the scope of the project by ordering complementary studies if needed.

Your Background:
  • 8 years of experience in industry as a Maintenance technician or maintenance supervisor (or a related field), with 5 years of technical experience (e.g. Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Technical project, SME).
  • Electro mechanical background would be preferred.
  • You would be required to be Fluent in French with competencies in writing/reading and speaking in English.
